Community rooms are available at most Ramsey County libraries to support learning, community gathering, and the exchange of information and ideas (Community Rooms Policy). Rooms may be booked up to 60 days in advance with no more than two bookings per person or group each month.
Room bookings will be held for 15 minutes. If your group has not arrived within 15 minutes of the start time, your reservation will be forfeited and the room will open for others to use.
Our libraries are public buildings and we cannot guarantee complete privacy in our rooms as we need to maintain sightlines. Staff may enter at any time.
