Good balance is key to staying mobile, avoiding falls, and living independently as we age.
Learn about easy exercises for better balance in this fun, interactive event with physical activity coaches from the U of MN’s Ready Steady Team and Volunteers of America MN’s RSVP Volunteer Program. Participants will leave with information about balance exercises they can practice at home or in free community-based classes.
